Join the Conéctate A+ Network Regional Dialogue 2, focusing on Integrated Knowledge Management in the Andes online on 4 April 2024, 08:30-10:30 GMT -5 Bogotá, Quito, Lima.
These virtual meetings aim to bridge the gap between science, policy, and practice, offering innovative insights into the sustainable development of the Andean mountains. Organized by CONDESAN in collaboration with CLOC Conéctate A+ Network and its A@A Program, this series of dialogues in 2024 promises rich discussions and actionable outcomes.
In Dialogue 2, participants will learn about the state of the art of integration between social and environmental monitoring in the Andes. They will gain insights into pioneering local, national, and regional initiatives, exploring innovative approaches and experiences shaping the landscape.

- Sindy Martínez from the Instituo Humboldt, Colombia: Participatory monitoring of high mountain socioecosystems in Colombia.
- Manuel Peralvo of CONDESAN, Ecuador: Land Degradation Observatory in Ecuador.
- Luis D. Llambí of CONDESAN, Venezuela: Monitoring of the primary succession of the Humboldt Glacier.
- Julieta Carilla of IER, Argentina: Proposal for the creation of a continental network of socio-environmental observatories, the ROSA Network.
These virtual events are organized by CONDESAN and the Conéctate A+ Network.
