Join the MRI Mountain Resilience Working Group for the first in a series of Virtual Fishbowl Dialogues on Progress in Mountain Resilience Research and Design. This video exchange format seeks to animate the debate around timely topics in the field of mountain resilience, and is also open also to people outside the Working Group.

The MRI Mountain Resilience Working Group invites all scholars and practitioners interested in the resilience of mountain areas around the globe to join this exchange on Thursday, 11 of November, from 21:00 to 22:00 o’clock CET (14:00 to 15:00 MDT) in order to share some insights on activities that have been going on within the mountain resilience community in the last half a year and look ahead together to activities in 2022.

Short inputs are planned from Tobias Luthe (ETH Zürich and Oslo School of Architecture and Design) on the Mountain Paths (MtnPATHS) project and the activities at the MonViso institute, Haley Fitzpatrick (Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Norway) will present some news from her activities in Hemsedal and North America linked to her PhD, and Romano Wyss (EPFL Lausanne) would give a short update on two initiatives running in Switzerland.

There is additional space for 2-3 inputs from the group to share updates of current work. These updates should be short talks of 10 minutes, and linked to mountain resilience.
