Simultaneous translation English/Russian
The international Symposium of ‘Adventure of Science: Women and glaciers in Central Asia’ is organised together with UNESCO Almaty cluster on the 1st of December 2022 from 14.00 to 20.00 (GMT+6).
The Symposium wraps up this years’ Adventure of Science expedition with a series of presentations by invited international female speakers. They will address topics of climate change and mountain ecology, citizen science and environmental protection, as well as gender equality in natural sciences by giving insights into their work as female scientists and professionals in the respective domains. Working languages are Russian/English with simultaneous translation. The full programme is available on the organizer’s website.
