In the afternoon of 21 September 2022, the first plenary of the Future Earth Assembly will take place at Sorbonne Université (Paris, France). Scientists from all over the world are welcome to attend this open event, in person or online. This half day will be devoted to the presentation of recent research outcomes of the Future Earth community and will be the kickoff of the General Assembly of Future Earth (21 to 23 September 2022).
On the morning of 21 September, the French National Committee for Future Earth (Comité national français des changements globaux) and the French Hub of the Future Earth Secretariat organized a conference open to the French scientific community working in sustainability science.
The objective of this event, which will be held in the French language, is to identify and discuss the new research perspectives opened up by the end of the current IPCC working cycle and by the ongoing work of the IPBES.
