About IMPETUS
Launched in October 2021, IMPETUS focuses on increasing resilience to climate change. Project teams are working with local citizens, policymakers, and businesses in demonstration sites around Europe to analyse solutions, boost knowledge, and create packages of adaptation measures that other communities can use as a pathway towards a climate-neutral and sustainable future.
The MRI contributes to the Mountains Demonstration Site by supporting knowledge transfer activities regarding an impact chains-based approach to better understand and manage vulnerabilities and risks related to climate change, and analyses related to innovative insurance products for agriculture.
