The MRI Governing Body (i.e. MRI Board and Science Leadership Council), together with the MRI Working Groups Leads and the MRI Coordination Office staff, are invited to attend the MRI Retreat for 2025. The planned programme for 2025 is geared toward networking and collaboration, information sharing, and stocktaking on key developments at the MRI and beyond. The 2025 retreat will also look more concretely at the MRI’s “Impact Tracking” function, plus gather ideas, contributions, and coordinate priorities for 2026 and for the formulation of the MRI’s post-2026 proposal.

The MRI Governing Body retreat is planned as an in-person event, with sufficient time allocated in the programme for joint plenary briefings and discussions, as well as group work and breakout sessions. We have chosen Hotel Medelina in Curaglia (Medel), in Grisons in southeastern Switzerland, as this year’s retreat venue. This is a closed event.
