The next Mountain Partnership Global Meeting will take place from 26 to 28 March 2026 in the Principality of Andorra, hosted by the Government of Andorra.

A member of the Mountain Partnership since 2012, Andorra has been a longstanding champion for mountains and a key advocate for elevating mountain issues in global agendas. Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, Andorra is a 100 percent mountainous country, home to around 90 000 people.

As the leading global alliance dedicated to mountains, the Mountain Partnership brings together over 630 members – governments, international organizations, civil society and the private sector – to exchange knowledge and collectively advocate for and advance sustainable mountain development.

Mountain Partnership focal points, together with the heads of their institutions or organizations, are expected to take part in this Global Meeting. Delegates will focus on defining the priorities for the next four years, exchanging knowledge, discussing thematic and regional issues, resource mobilization particularly in partnership with the private sector, governance, work planning and Steering Committee matters.

Further details and official invitations can be found on this website in the coming months.
